The Unnamed War: Electric Batteries and the Rise of Supply Chain Disputes

Our CEO, Mr. Francois Lassalle, and our Registrar, Ms. Hana Doumal recently authored an article on Electric Batteries and the Rise of Supply Chain Disputes published in the April-June 2021 issue of Corporate Disputes Magazine. 

Corporate Disputes is an e-magazine dedicated to the latest developments in corporate and commercial disputes. The article discusses how geopolitically neutral jurisdictions will benefit from the rise of highly sensitive disputes occuring along the supply chain of electric batteries. 

Investors, manufacturers and distributors need specific materials necessary for the electric batteries, but the supply chains to procure them have caused disputes linked to economic and political risks inherent to any investment. This type of disputes has arisen in all regions of the world.
